We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring that data is processed accurately, systems are running smoothly, and digital records are meticulously maintained.
Responsibilites
- Data Management: Enter, verify, and update data in our internal systems and databases with high accuracy.
- System Monitoring: Monitor software performance and hardware functionality to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Documentation: Maintain digital logs, prepare daily reports, and organize electronic files for easy retrieval.
- Technical Support: Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware (printers, scanners) and software issues.
- Quality Control: Review output for errors or discrepancies and correct them according to company standards.
- Security: Adhere to data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive information.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in data entry, office administration, or a similar clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable navigating new software interfaces.
- Typing Speed: High-speed typing capability (40+ WPM) with a focus on "first-time-right" accuracy.
- Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Computer Applications or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
