We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to join our team. You will be the storyteller who transforms raw footage into high-impact visual content. Responsibilites
- Post-Production: Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video according to the script or project goals.
- Motion Graphics: Create engaging lower thirds, titles, and basic 2D animations to enhance storytelling.
- Sound Design: Select appropriate music, perform basic audio cleaning, and ensure perfect sync between visuals and sound.
- Color Grading: Apply color correction and grading to ensure a consistent and professional "look" across all deliverables.
- Platform Optimization: Export and optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram/TikTok, and LinkedIn) ensuring correct aspect ratios and bitrates.
- Collaboration: Work with content creators and marketing leads to understand project requirements and iterate based on feedback.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience (Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory).
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Experience with After Effects is a huge plus.
- Visual Flair: A strong understanding of pacing, timing, and narrative flow.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of codecs, frame rates, and resolutions.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Asset Management: Organized approach to managing raw files, project folders, and backups.
